LoHite Brackets work with any of our floor mounted Vibration Isolators to reduce plant operating height or to fit Vibration Isolators onto pre-installed plant whilst it remains in place; the plant can usually continue operating during installation.

Made Strong, Made Well

Two configurations are available:

  1. “L” brackets for fitting to the side of the equipment/ frame (either down or upwards from the top of the vibration isolator)
  2. “Z” brackets to support the equipment from below.

LoHite Brackets are available in a range of different finishes such as painted or galvanised to suit the location.

Features

  • Galvanised or painted body for corrosion protection
  • Different fixing/adjustment configurations to suit varying installation requirements
  • Different materials available for hazardous environments

FlexAppeal™ RigiFrames

RigiFrames are rigid structural steel support frames complete with highly efficient Vibration Isolators (such as VertiMounts, FlexiMounts or SoloMounts). Steel Mounting Frames provide efficient vibration isolation and improve stability by increasing the area of the supported equipment base.

FlexAppeal™ Vibration Control Systems

Is This The Solution For You?

FlexAppeal™ Vibration Control systems control induced instability or movement, and isolate vibration for items of a mechanical plant.

These are essential for effective vibration control when one of these three machine characteristics inhibits the use of unit vibration isolators:

  1. Lack of integral base frame or a base frame that has insufficient strength to accept the point loads imposed by mounting on unit vibration isolators.
  2. Large out-of-balance forces leading to excessive movement: common with equipment such as vertical compressors.
  3. High centres of gravity on “top-heavy” machinery leading to instability: characteristic of equipment like belt-driven pumps and motor sets.

Vibration Control Systems usually consist of Vibration Isolators such as VertiMounts, FlexiRails or FlexiMounts, together with a RigiFrame or FlexiBase.
